In the template builder you create a database block whose columns mirror an ENT examination: a select column for side (right/left/bilateral), select columns for otoscopy (tympanic membrane intact/perforated/retracted), nasal findings, and oropharynx, plus rich-text for notes. A pure-tone audiometry threshold chart from typed number columns
Build an audiometry table where each test frequency (250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000 Hz) is a number column and rows capture air-conduction, bone-conduction, and masked thresholds per ear. The number field carries configurable decimal places (0 to 6), and select columns record Weber and Rinne. Conditional formatting can colour any threshold cell out of a normal band, with the first matching rule winning. It prints on A4 or A5 alongside the visit.
One-click GST bill for tonsillectomy, FESS, or septoplasty
Add each ENT procedure to the services catalogue with a price, SAC code, and tax rate, then raise the tax invoice in one click from the appointment. Same-state visits split into CGST and SGST; out-of-state become IGST, derived from your GSTIN and state code. A surgical bundle is simply a single service you price as one line; there is no separate package type and no session counter. Print an A4 tax invoice or an 80mm thermal receipt.
Attach the otoendoscopy or eardrum photo to the visit
ENT is visual, so the records timeline carries real image attachments. The in-app camera panel opens the rear-facing camera (getUserMedia, facingMode environment) to snap an eardrum or nasal-endoscope photo, with a native camera capture fallback when the browser blocks it. The image is compressed and stored in a private clinical-documents bucket behind a one-hour signed URL, scoped to that consultation. JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF up to 10MB are accepted.
ENT drug list that learns your prescribing, with allergy cross-check
The prescription type-ahead ranks medicines per clinic, so the betahistine, mometasone spray, and amoxicillin-clavulanate you write daily float to the top of your search. Anything missing you add inline as a custom medicine. At prescribing, allergies on the patient's chart are cross-checked against the drug by category, brand, and ingredient, and any override you make is typed and written to the audit log. Vitals capture is numeric only.
